Question: How long will it be delivered after placing an order?
Answer: Usually it will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
Question: Can I cancel the order if I don’t want it after placing the order?
Answer: Within 2 hours of placing an order, we accept applications for order cancellation. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
Cancellation applications will no longer be accepted if the order is placed for more than 2 hours. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Question: After receiving the product, can I return it if I am not satisfied?
Answer: We accept returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product is delivered. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.
